We hope you are 100% satisfied with your The Candle Company purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, The Candle Company offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items has been extended past 30 days of your purchase date with proof of purchase.
At this time, items ordered online cannot be returned in The Candle Company store.
If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by The Candle Company within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Online discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined with sale items.
Custom Gift Sets
All custom gift sets are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Bulk orders that have been pre-approved are made to order and are final sale. Bulk Orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Bulk discounts are not valid on sale items.

The other individual can contact The Candle Company at any time to request removal of their information from The Candle Company database.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. New Account Information:
The Candle Company has a $1000 opening order minimum and a $250 minimum for all re-orders. New accounts are subject to The Candle Company sales representative and corporate office approval, along with a territory conflict evaluation.
Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP):
The Candle Company product is sold at retail pricing at a suggested MSRP established by the brand. We reserve the right to decline orders from retailers selling below MAP pricing or on third-party platforms. All of our retailers receive The Candle Company MAP Policy for acknowledgement upon opening of an account.
Selling The Candle Company In Your Store:
At this time, we require retailers to have a physical brick and mortar location. At this time, we do not approve accounts that are online-only, subscription box or gifting businesses, or for resale via other channels.
